I believe in connection through storytelling. We all have stories with chapters that reflect similarities to others, yet we each have our own unique twists and turns which enables us to relate yet learn from one another.

There are so many people online, selling products, providing services, and influencing us each with their own priorities. I am no salesperson otherwise I’d be flush ;) I am here to connect with humans in the hopes that I can influence you to be the version of yourself you might be hiding.

I talk about daddy issues, narcissistic abuse, and learning self-awareness.

…I wanted to improve my knowledge and skills and I wanted to radiate from within; Brilliant. I wanted to feel less afraid, not fearless because that is almost impossible. I wanted to feel more sure in myself; Bold. Yes, I wanted to look beautiful and to deny that I feel this way is a lie. It was more important to me to feel beautiful from within by being kinder to myself and to others. I wanted to be kinder to my body via nutrition, exercise, but more importantly, with my words. I wanted to be a beautiful person. I wanted to empower myself to seek this life every, single day!

I kind of gagged at that subtitle but I do believe that if you do just a few things you can feel better from the inside out. Guess what? If you feel better on the inside, then you radiate that energy! Insta-confidence :)
